The Montana State University Bobcats hockey team had a great showing in their game against the Boise State University Broncos on Friday, September 23rd. The Bobcats dominated the game, outshooting the Broncos 46 to 18 and ultimately winning 6-1. The Bobcats’ powerplay was 0/4, while the Broncos’ powerplay was 0/10.
The Bobcats’ goalie, Jorgen Johnson, had an impressive night, making 40 saves on 18 shots. The Broncos’ goalie, Brad Johnson, also had a good night, making 40 saves on 46 shots.
The Bobcats’ Ryan Perius had two goals, while the Broncos’ Micah Crum had one.
The Bobcats will face the Broncos again tonight, Saturday, September 24th, in the final game of their series. The Bobcats will look to repeat their success from Friday night and come away with a win.
