The Montana State University Bobcats hockey team put on a show Friday night at Campion Ice House, defeating the Boise State University Broncos 6-1. The Bobcats had a dominant performance, outshooting the Broncos 46-18. The Bobcats’ offense was led by Ryan Perius, who scored two goals to lead the team. The Bobcats’ defense was solid, allowing only one goal and keeping the Broncos off the board on 10 powerplay attempts. Jorgen Johnson was excellent in goal for the Bobcats, making 40 saves on 18 shots. The Bobcats’ victory was an impressive one, and they will look to continue their strong play as the season progresses.
