The Montana State University Bobcats hockey team had a dominating performance against the Eastern Washington University Eagles on Friday, September 30, 2022, at Idaho Ice World. The Bobcats scored 13 goals and held the Eagles to zero, outshooting them 54 to 8. The Bobcats powerplay was 2/3 and the Eagles powerplay was 0/1. The Bobcats had a stellar performance from goalie Tyler Cortis who made 8 saves on 8 shots. Ryan Perius had a standout game, racking up 4 assists. The Eagles had one player, Caleb Chaloner, who was assessed 2 penalty minutes.
