The Montana State University Bobcats hockey team put on a show Friday night at the Idaho Ice World, defeating the Eastern Washington University Eagles 13-0. The Bobcats dominated the game from start to finish, outshooting the Eagles 54-8. The Bobcats powerplay was efficient, going 2/3, while the Eagles were unable to capitalize on their one opportunity.

Bobcats goalie Tyler Cortis had a perfect night, stopping all 8 shots he faced. The Bobcats offense was led by Ryan Perius, who had 4 assists in the game. The Eagles had one player, Caleb Chaloner, with 2 penalty minutes.

The Bobcats continue to show why they are one of the top teams in the conference, and Friday night’s performance was a testament to their dominance. With the win, the Bobcats improve to 8-3 on the season and are in prime position to make a run at the conference championship.
