BOBCAT HOCKEY

#ROLLCATS

It was a night to remember for the Montana State University Bobcats hockey team as they took down the Eastern Washington University Eagles 13-0 in a lopsided game at the Idaho Ice World.

The Bobcats came out firing on all cylinders, outshooting the Eagles 54-8 and dominating the game from start to finish. The Bobcats powerplay was especially impressive, going 2-3.

Leading the way for the Bobcats was Ryan Perius, who had 4 assists. Tyler Cortis was solid in goal, making 8 saves on 8 shots. The Eagles had a tough night, with Austin Kirby making 54 saves on 54 shots. Eagles #16 Caleb Chaloner was called for 2 penalty minutes.

The Bobcats will look to keep the momentum rolling as they travel to Boise State University to take on the Broncos on Saturday, October 1. It should be an exciting matchup between two of the top teams in the region.
