Big news this morning from the ACHA about the ACHA Select Team & our very own, Coach Dave Weaver:
Men’s Division II Select Team will return to Europe in January 2026 for international competition. The Select Team is scheduled to face university teams from Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, marking its first international appearance since the 2019 Student Hockey Challenge in Barnaul, Russia.
The Select Team will be led by Head Coach Dave Weaver of Montana State University, who was named the 2024 ACHA Men’s Division II Coach of the Year. Joining Coach Weaver on the Select Team bench as Assistant Coach is Gary Gardner from Lindenwood University, 2025 M2 National Champions.
