In an exhilarating overtime showdown, the Montana State University Bobcats secured a 2-1 victory over the Utah State University Aggies at the Salt Lake City Sports Complex. The hard-fought game on February 6, 2026, saw the Bobcats outshooting the Aggies 36 to 24, a testament to their offensive dominance throughout the match.

Despite the Aggies’ commendable defensive efforts, their goaltender, Titan Anderson, couldn’t withstand the pressure. Anderson managed to save 34 out of the 36 shots he faced. On the other side of the ice, Bobcats’ goaltender, Nikolai Wallery, put up a stellar performance, stopping 23 out of 24 shots, which proved pivotal in the Bobcats’ win.
